Not great but I used them & not buying again

Impressed by this amino acid supplement. It is much more than just a standard amino acid product, it contains many other vitamins and minerals and other herbs to get you going. As with all the G.O.A.L. supplements it contains four amino acids:Glycine, L-Ornithine, L-Arginine, L-Lysine, these are what is going to help with muscle growth and recovery. The A.M. pack contains vitamins and minerals to boost your energy levels, such as, Thiamin, Niacin, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12, these are some ingredients you would find in any common energy drink. What sets these pills apart is that they have Raspberry Ketones, Green Coffee Beans, Green Tea Extract, and many other things that will provide a boost and kick your metabolism into gear to help with weight loss. Each bottle is unfortunately only good for 15 servings, 45 pills, 4 at a time. They are a standard gel capsule, better than some horse pill. I received these at a discount in exchange for a fair and honest review.

I am only giving this GOAL - G.O.A.L. MATRIX Amino Acids AM 2 stars because I get shortness of breath when I take it. There is a warning on the the label that says if you experience shortness of breathe to discontinue use. I received this GOAL - G.O.A.L. MATRIX Amino Acids AM at a discounted price for my honest review however I don't think I can really give a review because I only took it twice and both times needed my inhaler. There are great amino acids in these and I thought they would give me more energy but I was wrong. This product really works!! I was in the market for something to help me lose my belly fat and the muffin top.... And this worked! I lost all my belly fat and the love handles are shrinking with minimum exercise. It also helped to curb my appetite as well Big Plus!! I watch what I eat but I tend to cheat!! Who doesn't!! I didn't crave the last night snacks as much!! I highly recommend this product!! ... I love the difference I saw in a short amount of time!
