The product is great. I had some confusion on the sizing. They were too big. Rather than send back and start again, I pulled out the insole of my shoe and traced the heel lift and cut for a perfect fit. FYI, it was easy to cut through the material. The lift has really helped my Achilles tendinitis.

I really like your heel lift. It would be nice to get just the 1/8" only in say a package of 2. But, having the ability to adjust is good too. These help me with walking.
