Arrived as describes...inflated and rigged supplied ropes. These things are 100% the real deal. I've used the flat type bumpers and never really cared for their coverage of my boat (20 foot nitro z8 bass boat). These balls are exactly what I was looking for. 8 full inches of pure cushion that keeps the boat safe from dock. I'm happy.

I use it for boxing drills and it is a great tool! I recommend it highly. As for marine purposes, I don't own a boat, never have owned a boat, and couldn't make any statements toward that end.

Seems like high quality & durable material. I purchased for dual use as a fender and anchor buoy. Had to fig out how to inflate. I just used a “blow” tool, used to blow away dust from work station, with air compressors and then screwed in valve. As a fender it doesn’t need be rock hard. I didn’t notice a place to use a needle in the valve, will have to look again. Beware I ordered this cuz it very much looked like was red, to match my boat, but the product is in fact orange.

It ‘s leaking air at joint between black and orange after input some air.I will not buy this again.I rather pay little more for the one made in Us
