Excellent teaching tool. See youtube for instructions.
This is an excellent tool for teaching the concept of numbers to toddlers. We used this with our 3yo and he very quickly learned how to count to 50, and was able to add small numbers within 10. See youtube about how to use "Cuisenairre Rods" since the product itself doesn't come with any instructions.

It's good and delivers as per the product description.
The product might not be suitable for children <4 years of age due to its small dimensions.

Good for learning - poor quality carton containers - these start coming apart
Used for child learning mathematics. Rods are suitable for learning number skills, counting, place value, and fractions. The cardboard containers are not suitable for long-term use as these start falling apart. Wooden or plastic containers would solve the problem. I have taken containers for other items and stored these in the new containers instead.
