These work well, would prefer a larger size but I had limited space on top of my wood heater so invested in two (one either side). Love the fact that they are completely silent.

It's a nice small fan that I got to help circulate heat around my ice fishing hub. Size was definitely a factor, since I didn't want to haul out a large fan. This one fit the bill perfectly, nice an small so it doesn't take up much room, but still powerful enough to move some air. It is incredibly quiet, started up in seconds, and I could feel the air moving from across the hub. When the heater shut off, it only took a couple of minutes for the fan to cool down enough to shut off, plenty quick enough so I could get packed up without having it still running.

I have had a wood burning stove in my house since I bought it 14 years ago and it definitely saves me money in the winter. The only problem is getting the hot air to circulate through the house. A regular fan will just melt so when I saw this I had to try it.I know some of the newer stoves come with a fan system built in but never knew they made them like this where you can just put it right on top of the stove.We have used it a few time already since getting it and there is such a difference in how fast the heat gets through the house. We used to run the ceiling fan but all that did was push the air down or up and didn't really move it through the house.This little fan really amazes me because for it's size it really moves the air well. I also find it pretty cool that it literally runs off the heat of the stove so no batteries, electric or anything else. It also come with a thermostat that magnetically attaches to your stove so you can see just how hot you are burning which is nice.While I did figure that this would help I am pleasantly surprised at at how much of a difference this makes. I am super happy with this little fan and plan on telling a few people I know about it for their stoves. I Highly recommend getting one if you have a wood burning stove!

Amazed at how it moved the heat. Heat would naturally go strait to the roof....now directed outward and continuously moves the air.And size is perfect for small heatersI do plan to make small cuts in base to fit thru wire rack to safely "mount"

So this little guy DOES work well! Follow the proper directions. It will stop working if the temperature gets too high so this should be monitored; this is also explained in the directions. We unfortunately did have to return our little fan but the manufacturer was great and gave us a refund (without trouble) since they couldn't replace the item seeing as how I had purchased from a 3rd party seller. I would recommend the product though. It does disperse the hot air quite well even if it doesn't seem like it at the time. Once you don't have it, you'll notice the difference. For the most part it is pretty quiet, hardly hear it. BUT if you are like me and are bothered by even the smallest of noises, you will hear the sound of the fan spinning. Again, it is really faint but fair warning to the sensitive ears out there. I should also share(in case anyone needs to know) that we had chosen this mini fan to fit "on" our Wiseway Pellet stove, which is shaped very differently from the normal stove. We sat the fan on one of the slanted parts and it fit great, nor did it slide.
