Was super happy with these strips because they came with an additional hard plastic snap close case, which slows down the strips absorbtion of moisture from the enviroment, which will ruin the exposed strip, so that was nice. Good quality paper with good fluid absorbtion and minimal seepage, instant color change and bright, easily discernable colorings. Nice wide tear jaw too, cuts strip nicely but not enough to stab my fingers, nice for us clumsy science brain types. Worth the bit higher price over less quality brands.

I've used these for so many years and they are unfailingly dependable. It's nice to know that the quality has remained excellent and the price has not gone out of sight. Very pleased.

Got this for when I do not have access to a ph meter, or when my growth media is so stinky I have to work in a chemical hood! I started by comparing the results between the paper and the ph meter, and it is close enough for a paper test! Not perfect, not as precise, but will do in a pinch, and a lot less expensive than a ph meter too. Colors have a good separation and are easy to judge (for me at least).

My baby use and NG Tube as a complement for her feedings, so part of the process when we put the NG Tube in her tummy is be sure that is in her tummy, so we have to extract a little bit of the liquid inside, and check its PH, we tried other ones, but this is what is used in the hospital, and so far, the best one because is easy to use, very accurate, easy to read, and we can use it for several months.

I'm a technician specialist of Hazmat waste / Lab Pack and this helps me big time every time especially for the corrosives basis and acids segregation.
