Q: I want to run the led around the whole room, so i need about 65ft, i want it to have a chasing pattern, what do i do, what parts do i need to buy?

First thing I would do is calculate how many LEDs are in your 65 feet length and multiple that number by .06 to establish the maximum current required for your power source. Next do you want to program the lights yourself or do you want pre written selectable patterns? Programmable is hardest method and I have no experience with any of them. Selectable patterns are usually written with a couple of hundred patterns to choose from. Q: What are the 2 loose wires for? Are they just a secondary conection for power?

From a google search I found this image( https://a.pololu-files.com/picture/0J4995.1200.jpg ) which shows the Arduino using signal and ground on the 3-wire connector and external power supply connected to the two "loose wires". So I would think that for a short section/small number of LEDs it could be powered directly from the 3-wire connections. But if a long string of LEDs is going to be used, lots of current/power is needed and connecting to a beefy power supply would be requires so the loose wires can be used for that.

Q: I want to run 4 -16.4 feet strips together , can i use the bluetooth sp611e sync music controller instead of the sp601e controller ????

there are two output , each output port can control max 600LED

At the very least you need a +5V DC power supply and a data signal. That could be from a Raspberry Pi or an Arduino. There are tons of tutorials on the web on how to drive a WS2812.
