I love this! My skin feels so clean, but it doesn’t feel like it’s doing any damage. The battery life is phenomenal, I’ve used it at least 10x and have not had to charge it yet. It’s a great addition to my skincare routine and my face feels so soft afterwards. Totally worth the money.

The unit I initially bought did not work, the company replaced it with a new one and I did not have to return the defective face scrubber. This indicates to me that they are willing to “ make it right” if you receive a defective product and since they do not expect you to return the item, the defective items do not go back into the rotation. The customer service is great ( which in my opinion is part of the product’s experience). I chose this unit because of the price point, various attachment head options, LED light , and waterproof feature. Overall, it’s a great option at this price point.

This is a must have in any skincare regimen. My face has never felt so smooth and silky. I no longer have issues with whiteheads as it exfoliates well.

This crappy thing broke 9 mos after purchase. Apparently it has a short in the electrical. It also catches your hair and twists it into knots. I had my Clarisonic 10 years. Clarasonic where are you? Probably replaced by this worthless gadget made in China? Stay away from this product.

The power is not so good. Barely does it job. I guess I’m used to other that are very powerful with long lasting battery life. This is just ehh.

I am satisfied with the device. I tend to have brake outs, at the age of 23, I develop acne and the last 1 year I have been given a prescription from dermatologist, and now that my skin is in a better condition and healthier, I decided to buy this device, a week ago, and I am impressed, my skin didn't react bad on the daily brush, as I was scared it would. It leaves a sensation of a deep cleaned skin. I use it, with the daily brush, once a day, on the gentle mode. Also, it came charged and still I haven't charged it.

Strong enough to cleanse pores. My skin is sensitive but not to the point that this would cause break outs It's compact and comes with different heads to use. You can also separate the heads so that you can keep everything sanitary. I enjoy how this product works and I have no problems with it. The base however is dumb. Its great to display but not to charge.

Could only really find two problems with it, the power cable its weird 2 pin to usb? Why not charge it with usb-c and be done with it, because of its unique charging I didn't like that, was a bit weird to plug it in, and might have to be careful that port doesn't look waterproof to me. The second problem is the battery is only 1000mah this is a real problem it says 20 days but thats only if you use it for few minutes a day, now if you had 10,000-15,000mah battery or so you will be looking at 3-6 months of use without charging it, this is what it should of had be done with the charge every 20 days thing, for me it would last only 10 days because I'm slow at cleaning. The product feels nice on the skin, so many brushes each with their own texture. that can smooth and exfoliate. tingling and feels good, but I never pressed too hard it was kinda ticklish for me, I didn't mind this everything was good about it but those 2 problems I mentioned. The manual doesn't go into that much detail on how to use it, the best thing would be to youtube guides as there are techniques to move your hand and what to put on, I personally put on any face cleaner I had in the cuboard and it worked fine. I love the pouch it comes with is handy to keep all the brush heads in, the stand is a nice accessory too. I like it and can recommend it but cleaning the product can be a chore though don't use hot water above 40oC. If they would put in a 10k mah battery and use a usb-c port I'd rate 5.
