Solid, well-engineered and with 30cm depth it's ideal for surface sampling for archaeology
Used for taking shallow (up to 30cm) soil samples for archaeological purposes. This is well-made and comfortable in use, as well as being easy to clean. All in all an excellent product, and made in Ukraine so very happy to support the business.

Bent and twisted after one days sampling - disappointed to not get a response from the supplier!
Not strong enough for stoney mineral soils

Smooth, sturdy and effective, it was the only thing (along with its smaller version) that could sample the clay soil I was working with.
