My kid played this game with a counselor and loved it, so I bought it on her suggestion. She asks to play it with me, and when friends visit. It can be really fun, and that enjoying quality time and connecting with my tween in this way is enough to make the seemingly high price tag worth every penny. Yes, it’s a expensive for what it is, but I’d buy it again at double just because I love that my kid and I have had some great conversations sparked by this game.

This is a big help in getting to know kids on a different level. The blocks are just like the commercial block game so that some come out easier than others. The challenge of the game distracts from the seriousness of the questions. I've used the Ice Breaker and Teen/Adult cards so far and this kit contains a nice selection for various age groups or topics. It would be nice if it had a stacking sleeve like the actual Jenga game but the box works reasonably well for this purpose.

I first used this by borrowing the game and self esteem card set from my office. I work with K-5th and these are easily modifiable plus fun.

Excellent therapy tool. The only card set I use much though is the Self-esteem deck. It has questions that relate to friendship, values and interests, so it really covers most of what I would want to cover. It creates a safe low risk way to have these get-to-know-you conversations.

The cards are good but the blocks are so smooth that they often slip and slide causing the tower to be unstable.
