This is the only thing that helps me go to the bathroom and I’ve been taking it for over 20 years now. I take it before bed time and it cleans me out in the morning. If I don’t have this I will not go to the bathroom for a week. So it’s a must I take this. I’ve tried everything and this is the best. I hate that the price went up because it used to be three for 33$ now it’s 44$ that’s the only thing that suck.

This stuff is great, really gentle laxative that helps you go if severe or mild constipation is an issue. I've re purchased several times. Will continue.
