That much weight could have increased naturally with a normal diet as well. Considering the money spent, the results were not impressive at all. I did not notice any significant muscle gain or major physical change. It felt like a waste of money. In my opinion, increasing daily calories and protein intake through regular food would give similar results without spending so much on this product.
