It is beyond my expectations. Very effective. It gives you a deep sleep, no grogginess in the morning, you wake up rested and recharged. Most important for me, no weird dreams. Nada. I really like the taste, it is pure good dark chocokate. It tastes like Ghirardelli dark chocolate squares. This being said, I happen to eat only dark chocolate. If your chocolate taste is more towards candy like Reese and Three Muskateers, you may find it too dark. But at the end of the day, it is a thin, small piece of chocolate flavoured sleeping aid, not halloween candy. To me, worth every penny.

The chocolate is so delicious. I take it just before I go to bed, and I'm asleep quickly. I feel great when I wake up. I don't need coffee or tea to get me going. I highly recommend this product is you can't sleep at night.

I have tried this product quite a few times and while it definitely helped me fall asleep faster, I'd wake up for hours on end in the middle of the night and wouldn't be able to fall back asleep.

My dog got into these and died violently after ingesting just part of the box. I would not buy this if you have children or dogs. Additionally, chocolates were whitish, like they were expired and this tasted horrible.

I give my kids half of a half of a half of a half (okay a very small bit) and it’s knocks them out, seriously in a good way. They actually fall asleep comfortably without screaming and yelling. Con-doesn’t work for me as an adult but the kids it sure does!!! Taste okay-very chalky

This product worked the first night I took it. Stress often keeps me up at night and when I wake in the middle of the night it’s difficult to fall back asleep. Not only do I fall asleep easily- I sleep more deeply and if I do wake- I can fall back asleep quickly! I am very pleasantly surprised how effective it is. Now- I don’t like chocolate- so I’m of the opinion it’s yucky, but I eat it anyway. However my daughter began taking it as well (with similar results) and she thinks it tastes fine!!! Either way- it works!

I sleep during the day which can be challenging with lights and sounds but I didn’t notice that these chocolates help me sleep deeper. The taste isn’t great but it worth the outcome.
