Excellent and sharp. Makes cutting easier

Love these shears. My Cavapoo needs a new do every 8 weeks. Before I got these it looked like Edward Scissorhands groomed her. Now she isnt embarrassed to go out in public. :)

Nice and sharp. The amount of teeth work well on thick curly curly Labradoodle hair. Doesn’t get stuck like my first thinning shears. So refreshing to be able to work on my dog’s face without her getting irritated! Worth the extra money for quality!

I was so excited to order these as they looked great. They also got great reviews. Upon receiving my first pair I opened them up and they immediately locked up. I thought there had to be something I was doing wrong. Followed their instructional video and still they would lock up no matter what I did to adjust the tension. I figured maybe they were faulty and exchanged them. I received my second pair and the exact same thing happened. Straight out of the box they locked up. The video says to adjust the tension and that there may be a nick in the flat blade. I tried wiping them down as instructed, adjusting tension, and they still just locked up. Their video says if this happens they may need to be sharpened. After this disappointing experience I'm not going to have them sharpened right out of the box. Overall there must be people that are happy with these. I got these because I found them when searching for shears for people with larger hands as my other shears were starting to hurt my fingers. My old shears costed about $15 and still work fine other than that. This was extremely disappointing. I see a lot of people having this same issue in the reviews but overall it seems like there are many who are having a great experience. I'm not sure if this is a manufacturing issue or what but I guess I'll be looking for another brand.

These sheers are sharp as can be, super high quality. I like the length of the blades, and the chomper effect is great on my goldendoodle's thick, wavy, cow-licky fur. However, the finger loops/holes are so small that the silicon ring provided won't even fit inside the hole. I didn't realize this until it was too late to return. I've been practicing the proper way to hold the shears, which really helps, but not enough. I'd think it was just my technique, but since the silicon pad won't fit inside either of the holes, I think not. I wish I had just bitten the bullet and gone up a size, but I was loathe to spend any more $$ on them. Other than this, I would have given them 5 stars.

New dog groomer so I’m testing things out and Thea date my favorite scissors! I have a pair of 8 inch Kenchi scissors but since I’m trying to get the hang of grooming the tiny scissors make it soooo much easier. I use these daily especially when cleaning up the dogs feet big or small. Not only that they are so damn cute.

Don’t let the price tag scare you off - if you’re committed to grooming your pup, these scissors are WORTH THE MONEY!! I bought a starter pair of scissors, and when I’d try to cut Winnie and too much hair would go in, they’d slide to the side and not cut anything. These scissors are VERY sharp. You definitely want to be careful when using them, but they cut like butter. The first thing I did was trim up her beard and it looks so much better!! I’ll be buying the thinning pair soon - I love these scissors so much!
