Q: What % of capsaicin in the cream

.025 % 10 % menthol. I find it useful for achilles tendonitis and pain in the arch of my feet. i think it helps blood flow to help these areas that get little circulation. The sponge applicators were coming off and they have to be glued back on. overall, I would order them again.

Q: What are inactive ingredients

You can see the active ingredient if you look at all the pictures in the description. My mother - in Law uses this she has RA and is 92 and swears by it.

Q: Does it have a scent?

It has a scent due to the menthol. I use CapZasin roll-on, which contains no menthol - just capsaicin!

Q: can it be applied to hands

Yes, but DO NOT touch ANY other parts of your body, I suggest putting on cotton white gloves after applying!
