Really simple to set up and get started right away. The function of 3 settings is also very simple which I like - sleep mode is very quiet, just a dull white noise and then 2 more settings which are a bit louder for during the day. I like the fact that you can add an essential oil which is great for the kids when they're congested. It comes with 2 pads to apply oil and again get going straight away. I bought mine for a child with dust allergies, so congestion is regular. I've only just got the product, so can't comment on longevity, but overall happy with the size and efficiency so far.

Really simple to use and set up. Nit Picking: I wish the filter at the bottom would sit in its place better than it does and, I notice the air coming out the top has a strange (very faint) scent to it: HOWEVER, it is Very faint at the fan opening and does not seem to affect the smell of the room itself. Perhaps it is just an "after smell" from the filtration process; eitherway my room still smells Remarkably fresh given that I smoke roughly 4 joints in my room per day; Plus, me and my family have the sense of smell of Hunting Dogs!! Even faint smells dont go by us! Anyway, I digress... The device itself is small, compact and unobtrusive. SOUND: 1st level is very quiet, as an insomniac i can sleep with it. Level 2 is fine also. Level 3 is noticeable but i assume you would only use this setting maybe whilst hoovering the room, doing house chores or as a quick use setting when you have just got home and putting the kettle on. I have suggested this product to a handful of my friends who smoke, have asthma or allergies and at least a couple of them have purchased it and been very happy with the results also. An air purifier under £100 that is This Good* is Quality stuff in my opinion and Well Worth it for cleaner air, Healthy lungs and some peace of mind. I live on the 5th floor of a council block in SE London off of a main road: the air here is Not great at all and this product has made a massive improvement to air quality in my bedroom.

I’ve been using the LEVOIT Air Purifier in my bedroom for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed. Device ordered and delivered swiftly by Amazon, recent changes in their policy now dictate that even as an Amazon Prime customer you need to be at home to sign for the item, as they will not leave in a safe place, although I expect you can request delivery to a neighbour. Amazon now show a 'Signature must be given at delivery' on ordering expensive items. I also ordered 2 filters at the same time as I can see from previous customers that there have been times when the replacement filters were out of stock. I bought this as my old air purifier is very old and I am unable to get replacements, plus that was noisy / and larger and didn't deliver much. This item is a narrow tall cylindrical tube, the air filter (carbon and hepa) are installed in the base via a rotating turn and unlock cover, all you need to do is unlock the base, remove the filter/hepa from the sealed bag and replace it back exactly as it was before then lock it again stand the unit upright with the buttons on the top, plug it in and away you go. Controls are simple, power on/off, light on brighter, dimmer or off, speed 1/2/3 Pressing the light button for 2-3 seconds will turn off ALL leds, so it is in total darkness useful if you find them distracting when sleeping etc. The purifier is useful for a bedroom / medium room, but a bigger unit would be needed for a large room. Speed 3 is slight noisy, but levels 1 and 2 are quiet enough to not distrurb when sleeping, powering off the unit and powering back on will also use the settings from when powered off, so there is no need to keep setting it again. I have found the item very useful in my bedroom and due to the amount of dust and particles that can come from my bathroom, it keeps the room fresher and the air cleaner. Recommended.. very nice unit and very pleased. Future enhancements would be nice with the addition of a remote control.

Not as impressed as I wanted to be - select the correct size for your needs. I wanted this for my bedroom ideally so my expectations weren’t high for the very reasonable price and from a top manufacturer but I can’t agree that it’s higher than 3 stars to be honest. Whilst I can tell it’s well made and I ordered extra filter packs and the oils. It’s too underpowered for me. I do agree it’s very quiet on the first setting but that doesn’t do much in the way of functionality.. The highest setting is too loud for a bedroom and the middle setting is also underpowered. I do have another Levoit product which is excellent so I’m blaming myself for the wrong choice. I’ll be getting perhaps a mid-size air purifier but this one hasn’t made the grade for me sadly. If you are buying one that you need for medical or allergies etc do your research well and choose the right size. I’m working on the advice a mid-size on a low setting will be better…My fault entirely! I’ll attach a video with the product on the top speed and with me sitting next to it as though it was on a bedroom table hopefully you get an idea of the max speed volume but I think it’s too loud for sleeping. I’m not sure I’d want it as a desk version either. Hope it helps, my first lower score review ever actually and entirely my own fault but thought I’d post it to help others avoid the same mistake. Product is well made just be sure it’s what you want.

Works really well im doing a lot on vinted selling clothes which have been in storage so they are a bit dusty this have been a game change ! Running on full speed its not to loud which is good. It's been Running now for a full a full day and night and its picked up a fair bit of dust and other bits in the air. I also took it to bed and used it on (sleep mode) and (low) and its like a little fan Running in the background did not notice it all at. Woke up and my nose was not all dry and full of crap 🙃 as for the smell part I can say it works as my little boy had a poop so I moved it into the room and with in about 5 mins of this running on high the smell went no air freshener or windows open! Very impressed 👏
