If the watch is laid out flat and measured from one band end to the far end, it is a total of 9 inches, which does include the watch itself. I have large wristsand this watch fits perfectly. Hope this helps.

Yes. I've loved it! The watch band? Well, it's time for a new one due to wear. I sleep with my watch on, so that hasn't helped.
