UPDATE: Yes, it is Silver.First off, don't expect to pay $100 or less and make $5,000. Think of the difference between probable and possible. Yes, it's totally possible to find a monster.That being said, HOLY COW!! We pulled out 20 nice pickers, 2 small nuggets, lots of flakes and 5 pieces of what i believe to be silver (?) that will be tested. I was NOT expecting that!! It us beautiful whatever it is, all branchy!Awesome training bag! I panned it 3 x and didn't miss a single piece, so they're big enough to easily see on the first go. Plenty of black sand, well classified.Also found several small garnets and one tiny piece of jade (?).Bag was a lot of fun and was great for practicing my skills with guaranteed results.Thank you!!

Very Dusty paydirt, This bag will make you change your water a couple of times so that you don't miss anything. The dirt looked like what you would find on a gravel driveway but panning it was fun. When panning it I was thinking I wouldn't get much but I was finding good size flakes here and there. I am new to this but out of all the bags I have done so far this was the most exciting. I haven't weighed up all the gold (Still have some sitting in my snuffer bottle) but the ones I did weigh (Pickers and bigger flakes) the scale was 0.43g. I also did find in the bag what I believe is a diamond and a good size nugget of a silver color (What it is I don't know but I will be getting testing kit to find out, I am assuming silver though). Over all fun dirt to pan and exciting things to find other than gold.

This is hands down the best dirt your going to find on Amazon. Ive bought a couple different bags from Mikesgoldpaydirt and never been disappointed. Im really impressed with the size and different sizes of gold from nuggets to flakes to fines. On top of that there is silver and possibly some platinum, as well as great and shiny ore rocks mixed in. Obviously great and rich ground this comes from. Some of the pickers are clearly sprinkled in but its always fun and solid value for practice and fun when you cant shoot up to the hills or arent around any gold bearing spots. This is the stuff to buy. I took some pics and ill update soon as i transfer them. Thanks Mikes for the great products.

As I state with every paydirt review, I use paydirt to practice panning. I look at it as paying for training and to keep my skills up.ometimes I will re pan the waste to see if I missed anything. And when I pan Paydirt because I had to pay for it, I pan like my life depends on it.I chose not to classify this bag and ran 6 1/2 pound pans. Muddier then hell. I had to start with fresh water in my tub after every two pans.At the end of the day my yield was 0.42 grams. Same price as little bags from other companies but three times the yield on average.With all the dirt, it was a challenge. I am actually drying out the waste and I will classify and re-pan to see if I missed anything and if I find more I will report it here.

I have been gold prospecting for 15 years & doing paydirt reviews for 8 years now. I read all the reviews and saw the pics and decided to give it a chance. I classified & planned everything out 3 times and came out with a whopping .067 grams of gold worth $3.81. I Know paydirt is not an investment but for fun but come on? There are paydirts on Amazon half the price that produce more gold. This paydirt had some pyrites and not much for magnetize. Very easy to pan. Very disappointed. I've heard mixed reviews and Maybe I got a bad bag but I buy 10 to 15 paydirts a week and was hoping to do that with this paydirt but I am very hesitant to purchase any more if this is how the paydirt is. Very disappointed and disatisfied.

For the money this was a great value. The dirt is a murky rusty brown color after water is added found a few quartz some shales and minimal black sands so my guess is this came from a mine vs a river. However gold content was great and mostly bigger pieces with a few flours. I prospect a lot and ordered this on a rainy day and was pleased with the results. Most of the material and least 75% was under 1/8th inch and the rest greater than 1/2 inch. Approximate about half a gram I didn't weigh it as it all just goes in a jar I have been saving with gold from various states. But it was fun not exactly challenging but I pan on as weekly basis so ..

I will give a honest review and explain.... This is LOADED with gold but it is all flower Gold not a single flake or picker but Unless you pay up to get the right equipment or you already have you can't pan this. Tried the jet dry to break the surface tention becouse it is a sheen of powder gold when you go to pan. But like I said there is a lot of gold but no way just to have fun with a pan and I know you never get back what you buy for and this is a good price they do not lie about having gold but out of the 2 bags I bought together O flakes O pickers

The best paydirt out there ! Realizing I won’t get rich buying someone else’s paydirt I buy it for the fun of panning at home. Every pan revealed decent gold. No nuggets but small flakes in each 2 tablespoon panning attempt which I caught and repanned three times to capture all the gold. This is the second bag I’ve ordered from this seller and I’ve not been disappointed yet. I’ve got another bag on the way !!! This is the best out there, go ahead and order one for yourself.
