Shifter Good
Shimano is a great name in bicycle accessories. The item was described well and came quickly. The only downside- the cable is not jacketed so when you order if you are not replacing the same exact shifter/brake the cable jacket may not attach to the shifter- but it can be adjusted so that it works.

It broke.
Bike repair had a challenge putting it on and tuning correctly. Got it on and working…and it worked for about an hour before a sprocket wheel broke. Taking back to repair shop for repair, again.

This is not a OEM Shimano product it is a knock off I purchased one of these items and could not get it to work properly I am a professional bike Repair mechanic for over 10 years this is junk buyer beware.Stick with OEM products not knock offs
