Giving it 4 stars because Stride Rite shoes are great, durable, fit well - but took off a star because they were stiff and hurt my daughter on the top of her foot at the ankles where her foot bends (if that makes sense) so unfortunately we couldn't keep them.

It's soft and comfortable. My daughter loves it!

Absolutely love this shoes. First dress shoes my gdaughter loves wearing all day and the dont hurt her feet. Wish I would have bought this brand all along. Weve wore them to church, school class picture day, family functions, funnerals, weddings, can be worn as casual or dress. We took pics on day by the creek and shoes clean easily too! Velcro stap appears as a buckle and can easily be put on by a child. We love these.
