Very well built, perfect size for action cameras and ball-mounted lights. Got space for camera mount and a stand if needed. I cannot be more satisfied.

If you are like me, you shop around and you research items before you make a purchase. That is what I did with this grip..I looked at dozens of them and read reviews. I decided on this grip based on price, description and reviews.I will be using this for scuba diving. It is solid, well made and the grips are comfortable. All three of my cameras attach with ease and I am able to mount and underwater light directly to this grip and mount a GoPro on top of the light. With additional clamps, arms, brackets and lights...this grip is prefect and every bit as good (if not better) than grips I have used that cost many times what this one does.

I have been shooting underwater photos and videos for many years and have utilized a variety of cameras and lighting systems finding that I prefer a really good quality compact Canon G-series camera and housing with specialized multi-mode lights that deliver my own unique style of images and videos. This setup allows me to get close up to certain subjects while remaining able to squeeze thru tight quarters of underwater shipwrecks and caverns and requires the use of a good, solid camera tray with dual handles and 1-inch ball mount capability like this really nice Aluminum Alloy Underwater Video Light Stabilizer Tray (camera tray). This tray comes with a GoPro style mount for really small cameras but the primary mounting mechanism is the standard 1/4-20 screw mount so virtually any underwater camera housing will work with this camera tray. This tray is exactly what I needed in preparation for an upcoming dive trip into a variety a cenotes where being compact allows for underwater maneuvering through tight cavern and cave tunnels.

This tray is handy and lightweight and does what all the other trays out there offering for a much better price. Screw fits GoPro housing and I can attach some additional lights for underwater video. Why searching any further?
