Adapter opening diameter (small) and thread type are not compatible to the common/local bottles in UAE (compatible bottle examples / brand names if provided by supplier will solve the issue or sending adapter with bigger dia size adapter) Supplier shall provide clear details on bottles compatible with adapter This made the device less useful the built in bottle capacity is very small and finishes in secs. Supplier shall act to fix this problem to deserve 6 stars not 5

This stopped working after only 3 months, and the customer service was awful. Complete refusal to offer repair, refund or even exchange - I was just told it was out of Amazon's 30 day return window. So essentially no responsibility from the company for a faulty product despite it being extremely expensive. Would avoid at all costs.

The product only provides 25 seconds of water pressure using the included container. You need to how to sit on the toilet, get the device under you, blind-aim with the water, and get enough in the proper area to clean yourself. Definitely something to practice home first. 2) Figure out your water source. If you are using it in a public restroom, you will need to fill up the internal water tank first or have a water bottle with you before you enter a stall. It is highly unlikely that you'll be able to exit the stall to refill the water tank. 3) Figure out how you will dry-off. The product does power wash your underside, but it doesn't dry it. You can just use normal toilet tissue; however, if you are mobility limited or will be in a wilderness site, you might need to think a head. I keep a few 6 inch wooden craft sticks to wrap TP around in my kit. 4) Put together a kit and prepare the cover story for it. If you are going a public event, you might need to explain the product to security. I keep the product, a water bottle, 4 wooden craft sticks, a pack of wet-wipes in my messenger bag and just tell security it is to "power wash" my behind.
