Beautiful and great customer service
Love these lamps. Great modern look. Came with one of the pieces broken, the part that secures the shade on. The rep from the manufacturer was very accomodating, sent another right away. However, it was packed very poorly and also arrived broken; emailed her again, and finally the second replacement came packed better and intact. Then I noticed one of the shades had some dents in it. Emailed her again, with photos. She promptly sent out a replacment. It came in a HUGE box with a token piece of packing paper thrown in there. I contacted her again, advising better packing! She sent another, which thankfully arrived intact -somehow- since it was the same shoddy packing! Hard to believe a company can operate that way, but the lamps are just what I wanted and now with two good shades, look great in our guest room.

Stylish statement lamp
Solid/heavy lamp. We found the quality of the shade construction to vary a bit; we bought two - one is well-made, the other has a few flaws. Wish it had a 3-way switch or dimming option, and that the switch mechanism was of higher-quality. They look great though, and really make a statement.

Color isn't as pictured
Nice lamp, but not exactly what I wanted/ordered. The picture on the product page shows a darker base, and I got a light sand color.
