Really Helps!
I have major lower back issues. This brace really helped me after I threw out my back and couldn't walk (had to crawl, it was so bad). I wore it my first week back and whenever I have a flare up, I wear it. It is expensive, but you get what you pay for. This is really comfortable and provides excellent support when your back is jacked.
