Q: hi, can this storage be used outdoor?

I have been using this for 6 years I would not put expensive items in it . Stuff that can take some water this building is not rain proof. I'm getting ready to move it to the inside wall of my carport. I think it will be fine there.

No. It is part of the cabinet construction.

Q: Can the storage unit be used without shelves or are they integral to the support of the cabinet?

The shelving would need to be used with this cabinet.

Q: Can you put wheels on this?

We think it would be best to build an additional solid platform to set it on and attach the wheels to the platform for best support. Also bolt the cabinet to the platform for safety. We don't feel it has enough structure at the bottom to support the weight if the wheels would be directly bolted to the cabinet without the support of the floor underneath. We are very pleased with the cabinet though and would definitely buy another one. Becky
