Lily's Sweets Almond Dark Chocolate Bar, 3 oz

I have ordered this chocolate twice. The first time it came in a cold package to keep the chocolate cool and from not melting. However, when I got it the package was not cool but warm. The chocolate was melted to the point that the inside foil wrapping had melted into the chocolate bars. I tried to cool them down by putting them in the fridge. This did not work because the foil wrapping was still wrapped throughout the chocolate and I could not separate it. If I had known that it came in a cold wrap I would not have ordered it because I was not able to get it from my front porch until several hours after delivery, this is why it melted.I ordered it a second time and when the Amazon truck pulled up and put the package on my front porch. I noticed that it was not in a cold wrap but only in a box. I was able to get it as I watched the driver get back into his truck and drive off. I took in into the house, opened the box, pulled out a wrapped chocolate bar, but this time the bar looked just like the last batch after I had cool them down. Again, it was not good. It tasted very powdery and chalky. Simply not eatable. I discarded it.Thank you for letting me give this review.Bob Sivils

This is the best flavor ... I don't know why or how but the almonds make the chocolate taste better than the plain version. This is the ONLY stevia-sweetened, low-sugar option I can find in grocery stores around my area. My only gripe is I wish it wasn't so darn pricey. I've even had cashiers comment that this is the "expensive chocolate." I also pick up the chocolate chips version in the baking aisle and cook with it. Great product. I love Lily's.

I love this chocolate since I can eat it and feel like it's a somewhat healthy dessert. I wish I knew if the almonds were PPO free. Finally a sugar-free chocolate bar without Splenda.

In an effort to move away from refined sugar, we have been exploring stevia options. I'm so glad Lily's makes this bar, as stevia-sweetened chocolate is difficult to find. It's a nice, dark flavor (I don't care for milk chocolate) and not cloyingly sweet, just pleasantly so. No sugar rush/crash. Honestly that took some time to get used to. "What? I ate chocolate and I still feel normal and alert?" Maybe not for everybody's taste, but we love it at our house.

It’s not as good as the Godiva or Lindt chocolate that has sugar but it hits the spot while on the keto diet.

I am addicted to chocolate! I am so glad my daughter told me about this brand sweetened with stevia. I have only tried this almond one but I love it. I can have my chocolate and eat it too!! I have been trying to stick to just 1/3 of a bar a day and it seems to satisfy my addiction without blowing my diet.

Since going organic, I have been searching for alternatives that “fill the void”, and Lilly’s is it! I usually buy it by the case, and my wife alternates between wanting to kiss and kill me when the package arrives. Great stuff and will be buying again...

I love Lily's Chocolate bars and eat them regularly, but I bought a whole box of them and they all have white spots on them. You know how old chocolate has light spots on it. They also taste stale and are hard. I am not taking the trouble to send them back, but would like everyone to know "Vitamins4Beauty" is sending out old chocolate bars.
