Q: Directions for users??

The coffee is already ground and ready for use, so all you have to do is measure out 4 cups of really clean filtered water or distilled water (since it’s going up into your colon), add 2 tablespoons of green coffee into the water on a stove top, bring that to a boil, let it boil for 4 minutes, then reduce it to low and cover the pot, and let it simmer for 15 minutes. Strain the coffee using a fine mesh strainer, let it cool to body temperature, and it’s ready to use. You can find many different types of coffee enema kits on Amazon, but we like the stainless version with the heavier duty tubing. It’s also helpful to buy one with a window to be able to see the coffee level as it’s going in. Hope that helps!
