This is the tan/brownish glitter color in the pack and I love it! I cured under UV lamp at home bc my 4 year old daughter loves painting her nails for her princess dresses! While mommy loves doing my precious daughter nails I usually do a test nail before I start on hers so I know how it cures and how long to it takes. It took roughly 45 minutes but I ended up doing my 4 yr Olds, my 2yr old and mine at the same time.I'm not a fan of the base coat but it's only on my right hand that it came put kinda chunky and a little thick, I used my left hand to paint lol. You really really need to get the base coat on thinly to prevent it from being misshapen. I like the glitter color bc it's very forgiving in showing how awful I am at painting fingernails with my left hand, so that is a plus! I really loved the shiny glitter of the nail polish and it's very similar to a liquid metal when you apply it compared to other glitter polish that is rough or clumps together. It really makes a difference bc it's really easy to apply and I'm not constantly trying to get the glitter to get off the nail brush or trying to press it down to stick to my 4 year olds tiny fingers. It took 60 sec bt each coat and I've 4 coats total with base and top coat. I really love the hardness of the top coat and if you notice in my pictures I didn't do my cuticles and today is day 3 since I've been wearing the nail polish and nothing is broken or chipped! I'm doing a home remodel so been pulling off baseboards and moving them all day to the garage and I still have no scratches or dents on them at all. I highly recommend this brand of glitter polish and I will most definitely be purchasing more of the top clear coat!

I recently purchased the Aurora Borealis Colorful Galaxy set, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! Each color is absolutely stunning. Before diving in, I took the time to watch a few tutorial videos, which really made a difference. My first attempt started with a Beetles navy blue gel, topped off with Gaoy #2397, using a specific technique I picked up. The result was breathtaking and lasted over three weeks without any chipping or lifting!For my next design, I opted for a Beetles black gel with Gaoy #2395. While the color itself is nice, I found that it appeared more muted against the black base. In various lighting, it looks blue, and only in natural light does it reveal a hint of purple, depending on the angle.I must admit, using the magnetic tool can be a challenge. I spent quite a bit of time trying to perfect it. To enhance my results, I invested in a 25lb magnetic stick, which was recommended, but it didn’t deliver quite as much as I had hoped. The key is to apply enough product to the nail for the desired effect, but finding that balance without it spilling or affecting the apex has been tricky.Despite these challenges, I am eager to keep experimenting with the colors. Next time, I plan to use a lighter base color, as the black seems to overshadow the other shades, or perhaps these polishes are just a bit on the subtle side. I’ve still achieved decent results, and I highly recommend this set to anyone considering it. Use a lighter base color to really make the colors pop, and practice with the magnet. With a little patience and experimentation, you can create truly beautiful nails!

Honestly, the photo color vs. the actual product differs massively. It is very pretty but the colors look very similar together with no bottom coat. Only the gold, green, and purple tone stand out. The rest just feel like a waste. Super thick and hard to work with.

I love love love this set from this company. It’s my first time using any magnetic type of polish and I am so glad I went with this one. The color for each polish is opaque giving that nice expected background color. The magnet takes a little bit of practice, but once you get the hang of it, it’s so satisfying since the particles move. After this set, naturally I wanted another set of magnetic polish colors. I went with another brand and regretted it because the color was so translucent even though it had a good amount of glitter particles. I don’t like having to paint another color under the magnetic polish bc it creates too thick of gel polish layers which I’m not a fan of. What disappointed me the most with the other brand was that it was not stated that that’s how that particular set would work. This one, however, has a very accurate product description which I appreciate. So good!!

The media could not be loaded. My first time using cat eye gel polish. Easy application but it was quite tricky to use the magnet to get the cat eye effect I wanted. Maybe magnet is not strong enough (?) I use another brand top coat for the glossy finish. Color was a bit off compared to the advertising pictures. Wondering if that’s because I didn’t use any base color. Picture and video are taken after 5 days, no chip nor cracking so far.
