The penguin advances but sinks quite quickly. I'm not sure this purchase was worth it tbh.

J'en avais un quand j'étais petite et je cherchais qqch de similaire pour mon fils. Voila chose faite! Dans mon souvenir il y avait une petite molette pour remonter les bras ce qui me semble plus pratique.
