These vitamins are really good. I’m almost 40, and I’ve always had lots of energy, but in the past couple of years I’ve felt a bit of a drop. I don’t know if it’s just me, but I felt a difference within the first week. Since I started taking them, I’ve felt so much more energetic and in a better mood — it’s not that I didn’t have "a good mode" before, but they just make you go, go, go all day long. By the afternoon or evening, I still feel great. In some reviews you might find mixed opinions about the flavor, but honestly it doesn't bother at all. In my opinion it's a good flavor, and rather feel a little bit of flavor than just the pill. My only complaint is that there aren’t options with a larger quantity, but I definitely want to keep taking them.

KAL brand sublinguals are the only brand I buy. My doctor recommended B12 and also D3, and I use the KAL brand of each. Tiny tablets, raspberry and lemon, respectively, that melt quickly, taste great, and are very effective. My endocrinologist orders labs on both since I have a hx of insufficiency for both, and these are consistently effective.

there were not 60 in the bottle. Was such a huge bottle really necessary for such small little pills? i just got it today so i cannot say if they work or not.

Has the appropriate dose for B6, so many other supplements go overboard.

Great supplements for energy, aches and pains. The taste is a bit bitter, but not too bad. You place it under the tongue for maximum absorption. It is a small pill and melts easily.

I was getting concerned about my lack of energy and concentration at work. I exercise every day and eat well - I'm a super healthy person and addicted to active lifestyle. But I was already wondering if I had ADD. If I have it or not I don't know, but I refuse to take stimulants like adderall. So I gave these a try after my mom told me of the benefits of B12 for focus, and specifically this kind on this bottle. Omg. Had I known this before... I am super focused now and my energy level is up. I am grateful for such a cheap and harmless product like that. Totally recommend it. Try and see if it works for you as well as it worked for me.
