You get amazing performance for the price.They have a great range… they are being used in an eleven floor hotel and you get clear reception from basement to roof. At this point I can’t fault them.

Great on receiving but audio on transmission was poor it was very lowIdeal for local events but not to good for ham radio use

Bought this radio becaus ereviews were excelelnt. Feels well made but there is no programmming software available freely from Retevis and this makes the Radio unsuable.Very dispappointed.

Everything is good, range , sound .so easy to enter frequencies and channels , great quality.

Despite what others have written, you can re-program these radios. You'll need the correct usb programming lead and software from Retevis (or possibly Chirp?) Google search Chirp for more info. They are well made and if you don't mind running excessive power on PMR446 you'll enjoy using them. Programming and using them on other UHF Channels which require a licence (amateur or business PMR) will leave you open to potential criminal proceedings if you cause interference with other services.
