I have used since late 20's. You actually age some in your 20's or 30's. For me it was 32 and I noticed some aging. It varies also some by genetics and ethnicity. Start young.

Even though it states not to, I have sensitive eyes and have used this around my eyes just fine. People need to realize that eye creams and serums are usually a sham, you can use most serums and moisturizers around your eyes as well! If you learn your ingredients, you'll know what you can and can't use around the eyes, avoid anything with BHA, AHA, or any harsh ingredients around the eyes. This one is fine! Very little ingredients and all gentle.
