Q: How complicated is this to install? I have zero plumbing experience. If i can't install, what should I do?

It is not difficult to install. However, you have to make sure it will fit your toilet. It did not fit on one of the toilets in my house. The space between the seat bolts and the rear inner edge of the bowl cannot be larger than 3". If it is (one of my toilets was at 3 1/2"), the nozzles hit the rear of the bowl and it could not be installed.

Q: How strong is the spray on this? I have a different model and sometimes it hurts because the water comes out in a strong stream.

The spray on this is strong, that’s why I use this one in our boys bathroom and one at work. You can tune it down by getting a brass t-valve and limiting the water or just not turn it up. The dual nozzle (female) ones of a different brand are much less aggressive, which I use for my wife’s bathroom. But the aggressive ones are nice for removing stubborn turds if you’re sitting in the right place.

Q: Does the dual nozzle model have self cleaning feature? The controls doesn't show having the self cleaning icon.

The dual-nozzle model does not have a "nozzle cleaning" function like the single nozzle does. Both nozzles are retracted when the bidet is not in use and it has a nozzle guard which provides extra cover for the nozzles when retracted. Due to the "simple" nature of the device there are two ways to turn the controls (which is simply a valve in the arm of the bidet), so with the single nozzle bidet one way is "wash" and the other way is "nozzle cleaning" but with the dual-nozzle one way is a "rear wash" and the other way is a "front wash".

Q: Does it fit elongated seats?

Yes, there is no fit issue regarding round or elongated seats. It will fit both.
