I don’t see why not. It works for a model railroad scene, so it will work for a Christmas village.

Q: Is there a better under coat color for doing a stream or a pond?

I always use earth tones appropriate for location and season. Hope this will help.

Could be but I like to mix colors for a more realistic appearance. What ever is season appropriate.
