I order 2 sets of blk. tourmaline. Each set came tightly wrapped in bubble wrap and cellophane. I opened the package from the ends as I could tell a piece of paper was wrapped within. It was a booklet about crystals.You can see from the photos, the crystals are not uniform in size, but they are within the measurements written in the description. I am pleased with my orders, and I will order from this company again
