I LOVE this product for contouring! I am not a big fan of foundation, so I use this in place of foundation. The coverage is great; it is just enough to cover and create a beautiful flawless finish without being thick or cakey. I use the highlighter under the eyes, on my forehead, the bridge of my nose, and chin, then the dark side for under my cheekbones and around my face. They blend beautifully. I use a powder highlighter/contour color on top, then a foundation powder on top of all of it to set. It works beautifully. This has become my go-to product!

I've been contouring since my first glimpse of Siouxsie Sioux in the 80s.Although considerably toned down, the idea is the same.It used to be that you had to use a highlighter or under eye cover up for the white line down the nose, and dark foundation or blush on the sides.Now every company has a contour kit.I really like this duo stick for quick contouring that is subtle and easy to use. I bought the light stick for my fair skin, and it blends perfectly. A light stripe down my big Polish nose (thanks, dad!) and the dark side for each side of my nose. The light side on the cheekbone, dark underneath, and my whole face looses the round chipmunk-with-cheeks-full-of-nuts look.Contouring is generally using light AND dark shading to create the look, so this is so much easier for on the go, and you'll probably use up both sides at the same time.And here's a tip...When it's time for a passport or drivers license photo, GO OVERBOARD! You'll look ridiculous walking in, but you'll have a stunning ID photo. I'm the only person I know with a great DMV photo, way better than I look in person, lol... and now you can have one too.

If you don't have hundreds of dollars to spend on top of the line highlighting and contouring stuff than this is for you, it's not super expensive and it works great. I really love it. It's easy to use and it twists up so you can put it up and down.

It gets its job done! However, if you tend to use more highlights than you use contours (or visa versa), after a certain point, the stick becomes uneven and when you try to use one side, the other side will get smudged in and interfere. I've been using a separate brush to apply to counter this problem but that's not the most convenient :(

i love it sooooo much!!! The color is great, a beautiful cool tone brown but not too cool, works also great on my asian skin tone. The highlighter doesn't come with a lot of sparkles, more like a matte white, which doesn't make me look greasy but a very natural highlight. The texture is creamy and easy to blend. A little bit can go such a long way and color pay off is controllable. You can use a little and blend into your skin to create a light contour or build it up as you want. I'm in golden fair(loreal true match W2 and M.A.C NC 15/20) and light works great for me. Definitely will buy it again.P.S. two shortcomings of this product: 1. contour and highlighter at same stick. mixing of the two is unavoidable. it's ok to mix a little bit of the two because both of them is really natural, though. 2. you don't get a lot of product. not a lot of stick is hidden underneath and basically what you can see through the transparent part is more than half of the total amount. But considering the price and amount you use each time, it's an acceptable amount.

I love these but I ordered a lighter color for summer. It is very nice but heres is the but it has an odd shade to it. Its kind of off with a hint of what appears to be gray in it. Im keeping it for emergency times in the car or out and about need to wash my face and want to put something on. I like that i can put in my purse, back packs, makeup bag and not worry about a glass jar you have to pump the heck out of it to get anything form it. Its small enough to fit into my pocket. :-) a bit larger then a tub of lipstick. you can't go wrong with this product. I love everything about them I think I just got one that slipped by quality control. Its not enough of a problem for me to return it.I hope you enjoy yours.

I originally was buying this at the store, but I can’t seem to find it anymore except online. I’m yet to receive my order from Amazon, so if it’s anything less than expected I’ll update.I have very fair skin and this contour stick is my absolute favorite. There isn’t any other cream / stick / powder that gives me a result quite like this or is just the right color, so I’m very happy with it especially for the price. I do not use the highlight side quite as much so all my other sticks are worn down on the dark side. I do like using the highlight side of the stick, I just don’t need as much of that product. Others suggesting they develop separate stick products for the two purposes is a very good idea, but I am pleased I don’t have to carry around multiple products for one aim.

Great for fair skin tone. Subtle. Portable. Easy to use. Great price. I use it for "make up without make up" look with a touch of tinted sunscreen. Is the look I'm using now that I'm working from home and my husband is with me. I wanted to look pretty without being over done.
