The best thing about this chair is how easy and simple it is to assemble. I was able to solo-assemble the entire chair and get it working in roughly 40 minutes. The instructions are simple and intuitive for anyone to follow. I got a free footrest despite ordering the base model, which is a nice plus. In terms of comfort, the seats have a good amount of padding and the neck pillow is decently versatile. However the default lumbar pillow can be rather small. I would recommend getting a larger lumbar cushion as back support to round out this chair.

I really like the quality and the simplicity of putting this great chair together. Even though I am using it as a desk chair for work I can see how people love it as a gaming chair. It's very comfortable and their support staff are very friendly and offer professional customer service. I will definitely purchase from this company again!

I, like a few others, thought I was missing most of the necessary bolts to put this thing together. The box was pretty banged up with a few holes and I thought they simply got lost in shipping. I was bummed. I went to Lowe’s and bought my own replacements to put it together instead of waiting on them to respond/replace them. When I got home and started to put it together, I realized the chair already had ALL the bolts in the chair itself that you needed minus 3 of the M8s (which WERE in the box). The manual was saying it should have had 7(?) but I only had 5 in that little kit thing and NO kit for the M6 bolts at all. But they were already in the chair. So don’t be blonde like me lol. It did, in fact, have all the bolts it needed. Once I realized that, I got the chair together in 10 minutes by myself and it was fairly easy. Everything lined up. The arms do feel a bit flimsy even fully tightened and are fairly far apart, even when tightened to the closest point possible. Honestly I may just remove them as I don’t see them being too useful but for me personally, that’s not a huge deal. I don’t use the arm rests much anyway. There was one cut in the fabric which is pictured. It’s small and on the lower back so it’s not too noticeable. The chair itself lowers, lifts and reclines without issue so far (one day’s use). It’s not super cushioned but I suppose it’ll be fine for the few hours a day that I game. I like that the headrest has a clip to keep it secured and wish the lumbar support pillow had the same. The head pillow sits pretty low but I can easily pull it up to where it needs to be. All in all, I think it may be a but overpriced but not terribly. It’s better than the $90 computer chair I got from Walmart 2 years ago. Could definitely use some improvements, though.

First, the chair arrived with a broken arm and missing screws. Support got back to me quickly and told me they would correct the problem. I got tired of waiting for the screws and purchased my own and put it together with the broken arm. I'm still waiting for that too. The chair itself is simply uncomfortable. If your a big guy and like to "spread out" forget it. It is very narrow. At it's highest level it still sits very low. I'd say I'm at least 4 inches below my keyboard which I personally don't like. If I tilt to one side or the other I hear the spring mechanism click and is annoying. Finally the seat is very hard. It literally hurts your backside if you are in it to long. Bottom line ... it looks great but in this case looks are deceiving. You can do better, much better, elsewhere. PS I gave 3 stars on assembly because of missing screws. Otherwise I would say assembly was very easy. UPDATE: After some time I gave up on this chair and purchased another. However much to my surprise the manufacturer saw my review, contacted me, and refunded my money. This was totally unexpected on my part and can't believe how far the company went to make good on their commitments. As I told one of their reps, only someone who truly believes in their product would go to such lengths. It is quite possible I got the one chair in a thousand that was defective but somehow got through quality control. No one likes it but it does happen. However a company that goes the extra mile to make things right says a lot about that company. Going forward I will consider purchasing from them again.

was looking for a good gaming chair and everything i was finding was $350+ but this came along and i was so happy it did because not only is it extremely comfortable, with a lot of support, but i’ve gotten a lot of compliments by friends. it’s also really easy to assemble.

The chair was made with very thin metal. and could not have been rated for the weight it stated.. No matter.. My kid don't even weigh 1/2 the listed weight limit.. She's a petite 10yo.. gimmie a break.. oh right, they did.. Tried to contact several times with no response.. WILL NOT be using the seller or brand again.. 8/23/21 Updating and upgrading the stars.. (Changing from a 1 star to a 3 star) After my review i was contacted a week later.. we exchanged a dozen or so emails talking about the issue and he finally came to a resolution of sending me the part that broke.. Just received replacement part and fixed the chair.. The part is exactly the same, very thin and cheaply welded, but it is a part and the chair is fixed for now.. Please note that once contacted.. the communication between each other has been amazing.. Because of the amazing communication and ability to have sent me the part, very quickly i might add, i have changed my 1 star rating to a 3..

It is very nice, slick and clean. The only problems is putting the bolts on from the back of the chair connecting to the seat, but overall its very nice and I love it.
