Yes. It's a full head mask and it covers the chin.

Q: would this fit me if my head is a 24 in circumference?

I have a 23.5" head, and it will not fit me; I can only pull it down to my chin, and the eyeholes don't even reach my eyes. There is NO returns on this mask, so buyer-beware.
