The sizing is terrible. Im usually a size medium, but after reading other reviews about size I, and looking at the chart. I got a large. Even with the smaller size I managed to squeeze into it. It is comfortable when not pushing on everything.

This is AMAZING! Holds all my flabby bits in while offering wonderful support for your back. This helps with posture which in turn helps my back pain. There are a couple things you should know before you order just FYI and as to not make the same sizing mistake I did. 1) This is true to the sizing guide. I'm not sure if the material is different on the different color trainers but when I tell you not to size down I mean it! I made the mistake of reading reviews thar stated to buy a size small for my height and weight even though the guide said a large. Guess what, the small was so small when it arrived it wouldn't even come close to wrapping around me! I sent that back, got the large and presto, perfect fit! The trainer I purchased is the grey/black. I'm 5'0 and around 140-145 lbs. I'm quite busty and we'll say "mature" in age. This smooths all the things out and keeps them from spilling over where they should not. It also lifts the girls to a place they have not been in a while which is a bonus 😉 2) It does smell but not so much so that you can smell it while wearing. I'm sure that will fade over time. With this material it really can't be helped I don't think. 3) Prepare to sweat! This thing definitely makes you do so even when just standing still. I took my mile lunch walk today and definitely felt the burn! If you're on the fence I say just go for it! At this price point you can't go wrong! I'll be buying another so I can alternate and not have to wash daily. Great product!

I have been wear waist trainers for about 5 years now. I bought the Keisha Ka'oir one a few years ago and it is highly over rated and way too expensive. I always got a weird bulge right under my boobs. Then I bought another high end one from 1800 cinchers and it was fantastic quality, that's the one I've been using for the last 3 years. Unfortunately, they no longer have their website up and I can't remember what they switched to. The one I had ended up ripping and it started to smell permanently like sweat because I wear it eveeyday for 12+ hours. I needed to size down anyways, so it was time for a new one. Regardless, I didn't want to pay $80 for another one. For the price of this one, I would say it's pretty close to the one I've been wearing for a while. You can tell it's slightly less better quality than the one I have but honestly not by much. It's hardly even noticeable and like I said for the price difference. It's worth every penny. I bought two, one for me and one for my sister in law. The one I bought for myself (small) fits perfect. It's snug just like I wanted it to be. I got my sister in law a large because I really didn't know what size she was and it was a surprise. I was worried it would be too tight. It was too big, so I made her try on mine and the small was too tight. Anyways, I submitted a return request and dropped it off at the amazon drop off today which was incredibly easy. My refund wasn't expected for over a week. But the company reached out to me today and I explained the situation and they sent me my return immediately so I was able to order the correct size quicker than expected. Customer service is great and the product, especially for the price is worth it!

Die Größen laut Tabelle stimmen nicht. Ich hab schon eine Größe kleiner bestellt und trotzdem noch zu groß. Es wirft Falten und schneidet an den Trägern ein egal wie weit diese gestellt sind
