Absolutely Magical! A Must-Have for Little Ones.
The media could not be loaded. ★★★★★ - We recently got the Baby Einstein and Hape Magic Touch Wooden Piano, and it has quickly become one of our favorite toys. The collaboration between Baby Einstein's educational focus, the commitment to quality wood toys is truly apparent. The moment my little one touched the surface, the "magic touch" technology lit up the toy and played music—it's genuinely captivating to watch their eyes light up.The sound quality is fantastic, with a range of different instrument sounds that are all clear and pleasant. It's so much more than just a piano; it's a great way to introduce them to cause and effect, different melodies, and the basics of rhythm. I love that there are no buttons to press, which makes it easy for even the youngest babies to interact with and explore. The toy's wooden construction is another huge selling point for me. It feels incredibly durable and well-made, and I don't have to worry about it breaking. It's a beautiful toy that looks great in our play area and provides endless entertainment and learning opportunities. I highly recommend it to any parent looking for a high-quality, engaging musical toy.

Adorable, well-made first piano for babies and toddlers!
The media could not be loaded. This little piano is absolutely adorable and feels like great quality. It’s made almost entirely of wood, except for the plastic legs, and has such a charming, classic look. My baby is only 6 months old, so a bit on the younger side for it, but she already loves tapping the keys and playing with the included music sheets. I really appreciate that it has two volume settings, perfect for little ears (and parents, too!). It’s a wonderful way to introduce babies and toddlers to music and start sparking their curiosity and creativity early on.

Cute and fun
This piano is the cutest thing ever! My little one LOVES playing with it. The magic touch feature is super cool—no buttons, just tap the wood, and it makes music! It’s so colorful and the sounds are nice and gentle, perfect for toddlers. It’s also really sturdy, so I don’t have to worry about it breaking. It’s definitely become one of my baby’s favorite toys, and I love that it helps with early learning. So happy with this purchase!

Transitional toy for a 4 month old
I love how this is a touch instead of a button for infants who do not have the fine motor skills yet to grip and play with toys. I see it as a transitional toy that can help an infant engage to learn that they can make sounds and music with touch. It's been a great tummy time toy and on-the-go distraction.

** 8/10/2019 Update | Not 100% accurate, but great nonetheless
** 8/10/2019 UpdateAnother user review commented on this, but the drum began to emit stuttering sounds when switched on, preventing the drum from playing. After swapping out the default 3 AA batteries with new ones, it works perfectly again! Just a note for customers looking to purchase this in the future, in case any of the "stuttering issues" may prevent them from a purchase.-----------In short, the toy itself is very sturdy and has held up for the past month, despite the toddler banging on it with his wooden-block toys. It has a few scratch marks on it already, but the sound works fine.A few notes about the drum and the sounds:- The drum itself does not require the user to exert much strength to get the drum to trigger a sound, so you can simply tap the drum pads with your finger, or even wave your hands slightly close to the pad.- The drum sounds/pads can trigger slower paced rhythms fine on a single drum-pad, but usually anything faster will prevent the drum from playing sound properly. The far-left/far-right drum pads seem to be the most fickle, as I cannot consistently get the drum to play a sound faster than a 16th note (sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t).- The drum also has some classical music built-into the machine, which plays when pressing the large blue-button located in the center. This is great for exposing toddlers to music early-on.At the end of the day, the toy is perfect for the kid, and he loves using it for drumming, a stool to grab hard-to-reach items, and for random bouts of stress release with his toy-blocks.
