Clarence Original GN Volume 1: Chicken Phantom

My son is 8 years old and he absolutely loves anything with Clarence. It’s very hard to find anything these days, but this was a treasure! Great stories that are not just repeats of the animated episodes, easy to read and appropriate for all ages, and the book was in new condition. Highly recommend!

Derek Fridolfs has a real grasp on the source matieral. As a fan of comics and the Clarence cartoon, this was a very enjoyable read. Must buy for any fan.

The cartooning is great, characters are funny and the story is interesting.

These are the exact words of my 8 year old, the recipient of this book: "The reason I wouldn't buy this again is because most of the drawings are bad and at one point there is a line (speech bubble) next to the wrong person. The picture on the cover is totally incorrect from the actual drawings inside the book and show. The illustrations don't look like they are done the same as the show. Overall the story and what the people say are fine."

It looks like a very cute book, but my book arrived damaged. It has a scrape across the front cover, and the binding at the top is bent.
