Makes Fresh Pasta Easy and Consistent
Long gone are the days of my Grandmother hand cranking the old pasta roller for her homemade raviolis. We were able to retire the hand crank for a new modern way of rolling pasta. This attachment fits my KitchenAid stand mixer perfectly and makes rolling pasta dough simple and mess-free. The roller is sturdy, smooth, and produces consistent sheets for lasagna, ravioli, or fettuccine. Cleaning is easy with a brush—just don’t use water. A great upgrade if you enjoy homemade pasta.

Almost like grandma used to do
This replaced a 45 year old pasta maker and work great. Its fast, easy, and makes perfectly smooth pasta. Easy to attach and keep clean.

Better than other aftermarket rollers
Excellent, better than others crabbing the dough. Others are very smooth not being able to roll dough properly

Little Pricey but Great Product
Very nice attachment for my Kitchen Aide. I use it to make my homemade perogies! Such a time saver.

Works well, I don't use it as much as I should though
I bought this before I bought the Kitchen aid Pasta Press.I've made ravioli with this a few times and it does a great job, though it can seem tedious to run the dough through this several times and then move to the next size down, repeating that process until you get to the thickness you need. It's certainly easier than using a rolling pin though, so if you're going to make lasagna noodles or ravioli a lot this thing should come in very handy. If you'd rather have macaroni or spaghetti you might think about the pasta press instead. That's not a problem with this thing, just make sure you're buying the right tool.I do plan on using this more than I have and look forward to making some lasagna noodles soon. It's very easy to use, you just need a good dough to start with and slowly feed it through the rollers. You'll want to repeat that process while also trying to hold the dough steady to allow it to fill up the full width of the rollers. As long as you can do that getting two sheets of dough for ravioli is a breeze.

Works great & very durable
I got this to make the dough for pierogies. I found that rolling out the dough for them by hand was killing my wrist, so I decided to give this a try. It is so easy to use and to assemble onto the mixer. Once I put it on the mixer, I set it to a thick setting, then once the dough rolled through I set it to a thinner setting and sent the dough through again and repeated the process until it came out very thin for the perfect pierogi.
