AWESOME product, does not dry out as quickly as the typical water based lubes. That being said, it is silicone based, and most toy Mfrs recommend not using anything by water based lubes. I will tell you this, IF you wash it off thoroughly after use, you have nothing to worry about. I have sued it for a couple of years with the same toys, and they have suffered no ill-effects - but I wash them thoroughly after use when exposed to this lube. This works great, still allows for a significant amount of "feel" and sensation during activities.

Now, if you are under thirty I have probably already completely grossed you out. But I'm thinking that if you've hit forty or so I just may have given you a wistful hope that there is potential for your future. There is. Trust me. The problem is finding a substitute that will work as well as the original. We have tried a few different things. Some of them were worthless, some did a little bit of good. Some worked pretty well for a short time, but just couldn't make it into the stretch. But I am more than pleased to report that our search is over. Uberlube is everything it promises to be: it is colorless, odorless, tasteless, temperature neutral - and will last as long as you do. There is no residue - no feeling of having something there that needs to be washed off. It far exceeds anything else we have ever tried - so much so that we are confident that we could not possibly find anything better. It is so nice to find something you know is going to perform so well for you that you'll never have to even think about a replacement. Uberlube is like that...and worth every single penny. P.S. Just noticed another reviewer who prefers Astroglide and challenged a comparison. It happens that Astroglide was the product we had been using just prior to purchasing Uberlube. Our opinion? There is no comparison. While Astroglide was reasonably smooth it in no way had the staying power of Uberlube. For us, after just a few minutes Astroglide develops a definite tacky or sticky feel - and it definitely does not leave you with the clean feeling Uberlube does. As for Uberlube - we have not yet managed to outlast its effectiveness or felt a need for a second application. But we fully intend to continue our research!

When my husband found out what I'd spent on this, he hit the roof. I literally got a 25 minute lecture about how expensive it was and "it's just lube." He's taken it all back. 1. It's not sticky. Like, at all. This is one of his primary complaints of all the other personal lubricants we've tried. But this one? Not sticky! 2. It lasts!! It doesn't matter what type of fun you get up to, this stuff seriously lasts. 3. No pain! I'm a perimenopausal woman and there hasn't been a time, in YEARS, where I haven't experienced some degree of pain during intercourse. With this lube, I literally had none. The minute we were done using it the first time I looked at him and said, "get used to paying for it, because I'm never going without that again." 4. It doesn't take much. Seriously - as the hubby says, "a little dab'll do ya." High, HIGH praise for this product. Yeah, it costs a bit, but sometimes things are worth the price.

I have multiple allergies which include artificial fragrance and most natural ones (limonene). This means I can't use 99.9% of the hair products out there. I needed something to protect my long/thick hair from heat and to reduce frizz. Since this is fragrance free and silicone based someone suggested it to me and it works amazing! My hair is smooth and silky, not weight down and frizz is reduced. I put it on after I towel dry my hair and before blow drying/straightening. It does not gunk up my straightener and I haven't had any allergic reactions. I know putting lube in your hair may sound weird, but if you are struggling to find something that is fragrance free I highly recommend this.
