OMG one customer was absolutely correct in their review slap a boatload on whatever ailment you have it’s insane! In a good way. When I’d say slap a boatload, just take the cap off squeeze a large amount under your hand and rub it wherever I’m literally in pain free heaven.

Works pretty good and very cooling. Doesn't completely stop pain but it does help.
