I ordered two watches, 1 for my daughter and the 2nd for my nephew. Have been using them for almost a year. Here is my review:1. The watch performs as promised2. You can easily speak with the kid and track their location3. It lasts almost 2 days with one charge4. It is very durableI recommend the watch for anyone looking for a good smartwatch for their kid with tracking feature.UPDATE:The customer service is great. Better than most big brands. I reached out to them for the broken strap and got a replacement within a couple of days

Would not recommend this watch at all.Pros* Build quality is decent* App is good. All the GoD tracker watches whether it’s TrackMe or Turet use the same SeTracker2 Made in China app.Cons* Biggest con is that the Connectivity related features like calling and GPS do not work 90% times which is the primary purpose we purchased this watch. We had used the same SIm in a cheaper TrackMe watch and it used to work fine* The watch had charging issues and it took us 1-month of back and forth discussion and shipping charges to get it replaced* <2Amp charger is what their service center recommended but they did not ship it with the order

Well to start with, the watch will be apt for atleast a 5 yrs kid, as the kids need to know how to operate. Purely for tracking for younger kids, some other non-expensive product can be looked at.Pros:Does the job, tracking, SOS and other features are genuine and liked the control in terms of Phone book, i.e. the parents has the control as to who can the kid call. tracking has a bit of lag but can be improvised.Cons:The purpose of the app and watch is to track the safety of the kid and a forced advertisement is a turn-down, Side banner ads will be fine but not a forced pop-up.Camera could have been placed over the top.

Pros - This product met the expectations. Main purpose was to monitor and connect to the child when required without requiring a separate phone and all. Easy wearable to play and other games. Calls clarity and audio is good. Easy to setup and add details through app. Associated app is user friendly.Cons - GPS has to be refreshed when viewed, occasionally network errors received.Battery life could have been better.

This smart watch is really helpful for the kids. The calling facility and the GPS tracker helps you to keep a track of your kids.The only drawback is the battery. You need to charge it on a daily basis.They have an excellent support team. They are very helpful and will immediately resolve any of your queries.

Signing two months it stopped working all of a sudden. There is no support available as in who to contact and where to get it fixed. For the kind of price just two months it’s a waste of money.

This brand is really doing well, the watch has all the feature which is needed to track kids, and with all the restriction for kids. I am using this since 1 year for my son, and it really helped me. Service was also prompt and was of good quality. I wish best of luck to this Indian brand.

The Samart Watch claims to have GPS functionality, but it doesn't work indoors or under a roof, making it unreliable for tracking. At a price of 4595 Rs, it feels like a waste of money. It functions more like a basic mobile device rather than a true tracking smartwatch. Disappointing purchase
