This is not for non serious health minded individuals. I get so tired of poor reviews for aminos or supplements that are either to large or taste. Don't waste your time on reading poor reviews if you don't already know that by now with supplements. They are not serious and expect vitamins to taste like candy. Although most people with common sense would know that. This product is did looks different than what is advertised but is good amino acid chewable wich I've never seen. 3, times a day for 7 days, then 2 , times a day. Train hard and take with protein or food. Regards

These were absolutely awful. I’ve had chewable aminos before and none have tasted this bad. I even tried swallowing them whole and couldn’t do it. I’ve eaten and drank some bad tasting supplements in my day but this was bad. It only gets one star cause their is no option for zero stars and write a review. I hope this helps.

Loved the convenience. The one complaint is the lack of specific nutritional information for each amino acid. Otherwise, the effect was comparable to amino acid powders with similar variety
