i had little expectation i'd like these so much based on reading the ingredients. usually the cleaner, healthier bars aren't the yummiest. but i love them...but these bars are like protein filled rice crispy style treats!!! my digestive system is obnoxiously sensitive....and they probably have a calming effect! j so....I RECOMMEND THESE SOOOOO MUCH!! :D. all the flavors i have tasted, i have loves. feels like a treat, instead of a mini meal option.
