Supposed to be good for lowering cholesterol, will see doc soon
I bought these because I learned that red yeast rice can be potentially useful to help lower cholesterol. I also have in powder form that I add to my berry smoothie or berry electrolyte beverages. I like to take this one with my other vitamins and a small glass of orange juice. Does it help? I feel like I can feel the difference especially since I'm eating a lot more beef than I used to. But my doctor will be the final judge after my next check up.
