I didn’t know this could help me so much. I do struggle with anxiety, running thoughts and bursts of anger but when I tried these pills everything seemed to stop and instil can’t believe it. I do get it every now and then( most likely when I miss the pill) but oh man how good is this. I can’t go around without it anymore. The quality is great and the price for the amount too! Doesn’t have any taste really which is great.

Have tried various brands of Theanine and these are the best so far . Capsules , not too large. Ok to swallow . Will rebuy.

I’ve recently been struggling to get to sleep and this stuff really helps. I’ve been taking it everyday since I received it and it gives an obvious effect. I feel relaxed and calm, which helps me get to sleep. It doesn’t make you drowsy it just makes you feel calm, it’s hard to explain ha! It’s also given me very interesting and vivid dreams which is cool. Really happy to have bought this and it’s great value for money. Will be buying again when I run out. Recommended for those that have sleep problems

As with all supplements, it is hard to judge if it works or not. Works for some but doesn't for others.Been taking L - Theanine on / off for a few years. Just run out o decided to try this one. The capsules are the same size as the others I had before. It has a slight effect on me, just as the others did, slightly improving my focus. Never noticed any difference in sleep quality though. Ironically, been taking it for the last few days and did not sleep well for the last two nights.Price wise... there are cheaper alternatives from brands that I have bought before and many seem to offer 400mg capsules for a similar kind of money. I would definitely shop around.

I take this with some 5thp gummies 3-4 hours before I’d like to fall asleep. I still experience anxiety and intrusive thoughts but I feel like I’m in control and calmer rather than overwhelmed especially when cycled with nac. I’m less groggy in the mornings and can wake up by my second or third alarm without constantly snoozing.I used to wake up 3-4 times at night but I’m only waking up once if that. I probably won’t repurchase as I have another supplement that contains it as a blend with no fillers and is more effective. For the price I can’t complain
