Siete Grain Free Mexican Wedding Cookies

I haven't had a Mexican wedding cookie in over 15 years, since becoming vegan, so I was really interested to try these when I saw them. These aren't as light/melt-in-your-mouth as a traditional Mexican wedding cookies (from my memory a million years ago!), but the texture is really great. These have a ginger-snap essence to them, which is really interesting. Overall, these are absolutely wonderful and delicious and I'm so glad I found them. Fingers crossed they never stop making them.

Being allergic to grains (wheat and corn) and chocolate. It can be soooo hard to find anything as a snack. These taste sooooo good! I also own a copy of the siete cookbook and I highly recommend that as well. Great taste and texture. Just wish they were more affordable. But you get a healthier cookie with minimal ingredients.

I ordered these April 9th and it took 16 days to deliver. I love the strawberries and cream from the same brand so I thought id try these. The chocolate scent when opening was fabulous! However, the chocolate cookies were definitely harder than other flavors. Ingredients are top notch and healthy.

All their cookies are fantastic. They make a 'Mexican Shortbread' and a 'Strawberries & Cream,' too! But this one is like a frosted version of those and tastes SO good. And the best part…? You get -five- cookies in a serving! Five! And a whole serving still only has 8 grams of sugar and just over 100 mg of sodium! That's only 1.6 grams of sugar per cookie!! They taste waaaaaay better than that!

A co-worker gave me these cookies to try, and I haven’t been able to stop eating them since! I’ve tried the other varieties, which are great too, but I’m absolutely addicted to the Mexican Wedding cookies. They’re not always available in grocery stores around here, so I’m really happy I found them on Amazon. What’s even better is that they are grain-free, made mostly with almond flour, which makes them a better fit for my diet. The serving size is five cookies, which is 150 calories-not bad if you can stop at just five, especially considering they do contain sugar. I definitely recommend these cookies for anyone looking for a tasty, healthier treat!
